Some Definitions & Such

Over the years, we often get a lot of questions about our mediums and techniques, particularly when it comes to my visual artwork. I work a lot of with mixed media and assemblage techniques, inspired by Joseph Cornell and Betye Saar. Thought it would be fun to post a few definitions about what 'mixed media' and 'assemblage' mean to me in art.  Enjoy! :)
